The cultural review “Readings in the village” and the prestigious “Kerasion literary prize”, promoted by the municipal administration of San Pietro Apostolo, land at the Turin International Book Fair, scheduled at the Lingotto Fiere. An important opportunity to promote the culture, history and traditions of the territory of the Catanzaro preseila at national level.
The program of the review, which will be presented in Turin on Sunday 18 May, annually includes several initiatives aimed at making known the excellence of the village. A two-day in which the Sanpietrese village hosts cultural initiatives of various kinds: presentations and relays of books; Guided tours of the Permanent Museum of “History of artisan and peasant civilization” (fundamental place to understand the roots and traditions of the community); Moments dedicated to the tasting of refreshments with typical local products and tastings of Calabrian food and wine excellence; spaces dedicated to musical performances. Punta di Diamante of the review is the prestigious Kerasion literary prize, an area of recognition that attracts the mountains and publishers from all over Italy in the mountain country.
The presentation at the Turin International Book Fair is scheduled for Sunday 18 May 2025, at the Lingotto Pad. Oval, Spazio Calabria – U128 -V127, at 4 pm. Prof.ssa interventions are scheduled Miriam Rocca, Artistic and cultural director of the review, of the journalist Vinicio LeonettiPresident of the quality jury of the prize, of Simona Dalla Chiesa, Head of the Kerasion Carlo Alberto Dalla Chiesa prize and a representation of the municipal administration.
This presence at the Salone represents an important opportunity to promote Calabria, in its many initiatives in the field of literature and traditions.
