Marijuana above all and cocaine: the drug axis conducted by the group of eight suspects who received the notice of preliminary investigations were developed on the Reggio-Montebello Jonico axis. Four of them were arrested (three in prison, one under house arrest) and four others respond on the loose. Among the disputes of the public prosecutor Marco De Pasquale also the detention and the disputed traffic of drugs. There are 38 contested charges highlighting how the drug gang had “a particular criminal pearly that allowed them to get the much larger square of Reggio Calabria with illegal substances thus managing to extend its area of influence well beyond the Borgata Sant’Elia”.
