In recent days, at the Public Security Commissioner of Serra San Bruno (VV), the children of the “Tatábum Summer Camp” of Serra San Bruno had the pleasure of meeting the police friends and living together with them a cognitive experience of the world of the State Police in the name of fun and legality.
The initiative, strongly desired by the commissioner of the province of Vibo Valentia, Rodolfo Ruperti, allowed the very young visitors to observe closely the work done by the police.
On this occasion, the children interacted with men and women in uniform, finding answers to their questions on public security, prevention of crimes and more recurrent operational scenarios, in line with the #eschercisempre message, which distinguishes the commitment of the State Police every day to protect the community.
In addition, the children saw and appreciated the service cars, discovered the “magic” of the scientific police and met “Boston”, the policeman dog of the dog units of the
Vibo Valentia police headquarters.
The event was not an isolated initiative but is part of a larger project of the Vibo Valentia police headquarters and the whole State Police aimed at implementing information on the principles of legality and security towards the youngest, favoring respect for others and the awareness of the contribution that everyone can give to make the world a better place.
