They host dozens of internships, in many cases operational for years in administrative services or maintenance, yet there is no concrete signal of political will or hiring programming, even compared to the positions that could be covered thanks to retirement or regional resources.

After analyzing the situation in the municipalities, we believe it is necessary that the regional technical table opens a discussion dedicated to the four provincial bodies, to concretely verify how many stabilizations can already be activated today and which can be foreseen in the coming months.

Parallel, It is essential to immediately start a trade union and institutional path to build an overall strategy that tackles the question of those hundreds of internships which, at the end of the fifth year of the internship scheduled for November, risk being again without income, without protections and without any perspective.
