The Democratic Party Calabria, led by Senator Nicola Irto, attacks the Region as he is managing the dispute of social inclusion trainees. “After months of promises and announcements, most of the internships – reads a note from the Calabrian Democratic Party – remains in limbo, without contract and without prospects. The center -right majority had promised stabilizations and dignity, but we are faced with yet another illusion. The responsibility for the Municipalities has been discharged, knowing that they had no funds or personal to hire. It is an institutional shame”.
The PD Calabria denounces “a system based on ambiguity and propaganda, as the regional platform does not guarantee anything, the promised contributions are insufficient and the expiry of the next 31 July risks being a new bluff”.
“There is also about training and accompaniment, but thousands of people – warn the dem – see years of work and expectations fade. The regional government cannot get away with some resolution at the last minute, just to buffer”.
“Adequate resources and clear paths are urgent. The trainees – Irto observes – cannot be abandoned. The Democratic Party asks the Region to guarantee reliable and transparent solutions, before yet another failure – concludes – becomes definitive”.
