A new opportunity opens for towns and citizens: the digital facilitation point promoted by Arci Catanzaro, created in Soverato with the support of the Calabria Region and in collaboration with the territorial area of Soverato and the Municipality of Soverato. The counter was born with the aim of accompanying people in the use of digital services and technologies, offering free assistance and training to make digital truly within everyone’s reach. From the support to obtain and use the SPID, to access to the online services of the Public Administration, to the basic training to move more security in the digital world. The point will be an open, inclusive and welcoming place, designed for anyone who wants to get closer to digital skills more easily. The service is active in Soverato every Monday and Wednesday, with opening to the public from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, to the Municipality of Soverato.

In the other days of the week, the digital point will instead be itinerant, to also reach the municipalities of the territorial area and thus reduce the distances between citizens and digital services.
“With this initiative we want to contribute to filling the digital gap – declares Diana Costanzo, president of Arci Catanzaro – offering practical and close tools to the needs of people. Technology must be an accessible resource, not a barrier.” The project is also welcomed by the mayor of Soverato, Alessandro Vacca, who underlines: “Investing in digital inclusion means investing in the growth of our community. This point represents an important step to guarantee everyone equal opportunities for access to services.” For information and appointments, you can contact the numbers 380 7911216 and 328 8364537 or consult the information page via QR code present in the materials of the project. The digital facilitation point of Soverato thus represents a new piece to make digital easier, inclusive and truly community -friendly.
