On August 29, the carabinieri of the Squillace station performed an order for pre -trial detention with house arrest with an electronic bracelet against a 55 year old.
The man was already investigated for the crime of persecutory acts against some family members and, in recent days, had undergone the prohibition of residence in the municipality of residence, the ban on approaching offended people and the ban on communicating with them by any means.
The new provision, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Catanzaro at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, arose from the hypothesis of violation of the requirements: according to what has been reconstructed, the suspect would have published on the social networks contained injurious and miners addressed to the victims.
