Two cousins of 21 and 25 years old, both residing in Rossano, were subjected to the detention of a suspect of crime on charges of attempted murder and aggravated personal injuries. The provision, carried out by the carabinieri of the Territorial Department of Corigliano Rossano and coordinated by the Public Prosecutor of Castrovillari, arrives following the collopper that took place this morning in the area adjacent to the “I Portali” shopping center.
The investigators, thanks to an immediate and tight investigation activity, believe that the two young people are seriously circumvented to have attacked two peers of Corigliano Calabro, at the height of a dispute born for futile reasons related to precedence in the lane of a retreat point for takeaway food. The discussion would soon degenerated: the opponents’ car was damaged, one of the arrested would have hit a 21 -year -old with the most slits – now hospitalized in serious condition at the Annunziata hospital in Cosenza – and slightly injured the girl who was with him.
After the attack, the two alleged managers quickly moved away, but were identified and arrested within a few hours. At the moment they are located in the Castrovillari prison, available to the judicial authority, which will evaluate the evidence collected and the next procedural passages.
