The redundancy fund returns to the Mirafiori body shops on the electric and hybrid 500 line. It will take effect from 19 to 30 October and will affect 1,074 workers (934 workers and 140 employees). The bodywork management communicated this to the union representatives of the plant. The decision was made by Stellantis after an internal meeting, held to evaluate the production problems of the plant. «We are faced with a complex situation despite the investments and the doubling of production compared to last year», explains a company spokesperson.
