In lively night, in Taurianova where, in the hours between last Saturday and Sunday, unknown people have exploded a small rudimentary device close to a commercial activity located in Piazza Macrì, just a few steps from the Cathedral of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
The detonation would have caused damage to the commercial activity but no consequences for people.
The firefighters of the Polistena detachment and the carabinieri of the Taurianova Station Command coordinated by Marshal Salvatore Barranco, who immediately started the investigations, intervened on the place of the explosion. The investigative insights are focusing on the materials found during the first inspection on the place of the explosion as well as on the content of the videos of some security cameras that are located in the square and in the adjacent streets.
