French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte would be willing to present photographic and scientific evidence to an US court to show that the Première Dame is a woman. Their lawyer, interviewed by the BBC, states that the French president and Mrs. Macron will present the documentation in the cause for defamation intended against the right -wing influencer Candace Owens, after the latter claimed that Brigitte Macron was born a man. Mrs. Owens’ lawyers replied by presenting a motion to reject the request.
Speaking in a podcast of the BBC, the Macron lawyer in the United States, Tom Clare, said that Mrs. Macron found the statements “incredibly shocking” and that they represented a “distraction” for the French president.
