On the fourth day of the Junior Regional Under 19 championship – Group B, the match between Soccer Montalto and DGS Praia Tortora ended 1-2. But more than the result, what remains is a gesture of extraordinary sporting fairness.
In the second half, Soccer Montalto had found the equalizer from a corner kick: a goal scored with a touch of the hand that escaped the referee, who had nevertheless validated the goal.
