Hundreds of employees and workers gathered last night at the Gias headquarters in Mongrassano to watch together the episode of “Boss in Incognito”, the docu-reality show by Rai 2 which recounted the activity of the Calabrian company in the frozen food and agri-food production sector.
The program’s production managers also attended the screening. At the center of the episode, the work in the fields and factories and the experience of the general manager Natale Lia, who carried out some of the operational tasks alongside the employees in disguise.
Natale Lia: «The success of the company lies in the people»
Opening the evening was Lia himself, who retraced the experience he had during filming.
«Putting yourself in the shoes of our collaborators, disguised and in the field, was a human and emotional experience that I will never forget. I saw first-hand the extraordinary dedication, competence and pride with which each of them contributes to the growth of GIAS. This special evening with all the employees is our way of saying thank you: the true success of this company lies in the people who are part of it.”
The story of the work and national visibility
Before the screening, Christian Fadda, sales and marketing director of GIAS, also spoke and underlined the significance of participation in the broadcast for the company’s visibility.

Finally, Lorenzo Zambon, partner responsible for Italian investments at Cleon Capital, took the floor and expressed satisfaction with the company’s path and the spirit of cohesion that emerged during the evening. Zambon indicated the national visibility offered by the Rai program as confirmation of the value and growth ambitions of GIAS.
