Two “Mangiaplastica” machines installed in strategic points. The eco-compactors, obtained on free loan of use by the municipality of Melito Porto Salvo thanks to the agreement signed with Corepla, were positioned in the square behind the former covered market and at the beginning of the Lungomare dei Mille.
These are areas considered “sensitive” for the number of people who pass through it daily. The objective of “Recopet”, the project promoted by Corepla on a national scale “increase the interception of bottles and containers for liquids in” pet “for food use, through an innovative reward system for citizens”. Yesterday morning, at the press conference the details of the novelty were provided which, in the first instance, appeals the civic sense of the citizens. The mayor, Tito Nastasi, and the commissioner of the branch, Emilio Vazzana, were talking about it in the boardroom.
