The tension remains high on the dispute of Calabrian social inclusion trainees. Tomorrow a meeting between the Region and the main trade union organizations is scheduled for the Cittadella. On the agenda the definition of an agreement on the escape from the Basin of the precarious over 60. The idea of the top of the council is to guarantee a sort of social allowance, of about 630 euros per month, until the retirement age is achieved. To ensure the implementation of this measure, a framework agreement must be signed between the Region and the unions to define the operational criteria and the methods of access to the early retirement. The citadel, for its part, will provide about 30 million to ensure the sustainability of an operation that will also involve members of the basin of the former “Law 15”. In total, the measure should concern about 1,200 people and thus contribute to the progressive emptying of a continent of over 4 thousand people. CGIL, CISL and UIL aim to obtain that this measure is accompanied by incentives for the stabilization of senior workers, ensuring equal opportunities compared to younger colleagues.
