Yesterday the first sorvoli, today the first prohibitions. The show of the Frecce Tricolori and the rich program of the Air Show 2025 today comes alive, in all senses. From seven in the morning the first activities to give security and full usability to the area of the waterfront where the bulk of the spectators will focus, while the pilots today will carry out the general tests of the show which is scheduled for tomorrow starting at 15.20.
Yesterday afternoon the acrobatic patrol carried out a couple of draws on the “maneuvers” area: nine planes in the team plus the soloist. Today the whole program that includes 11 different performances in the sky but also at sea (the protagonists will also be the Aeroclub of the Strait, the Guardia di Finanza and the police) will be tested on the field. The only difference, and not insignificant, will be the absence of the iconic tricolor smoke during the steps. The arrows today will sail the Strait sky for half an hour from 18.10, tomorrow from 6.15 pm.
The natural terrace, transformed into pedestrian island, will be that of the Pompea consular road between the Pace and Fiumara Guardia stream. From this morning at 7 the ban on parking until 20 will start with a full -bodied carriage service. From 13 to 20 via the ban on transit in the same stretch to make room for the public. The same identical provisions will be valid tomorrow.
The panoramic road of the Strait, today and tomorrow, will remain regularly passable and will be the only way (together with the Colli Statale) to go from north to south. The ATM will enhance the urban lines and, primarily, the shuttle which will have a frequency of 10 minutes. Shuttle services provided by the station, from the Papardo parking, from Franco Scoglio and all the interchange areas.
