Theft, threats and resistance to public officials: 22 year old arrested at Villa San Giovanni

A 22 -year -old young man, of Tunisian nationality, was arrested by the agents of the State Police of the Commissariat of Villa San Giovanni on charges of aggravated theft, damage, resistance and threat to public officials.

According to what was reconstructed by the police, the boy would have damaged the car of a citizen in the city center of Villa San Giovanni, also subtracting a bracelet from the passenger compartment. The owner of the car managed to block him before the intervention of the agents of the steering wheel, who took him over and conducted him at the police station for the ritual investigations.

During the judicial police procedures, the young man went out (he insulted and threatened the agents, also trying to make gestures of self -harm. To ensure the safety and that of the staff in service, it was contained with the appropriate devices supplied to the operators of the steering wheels.

At the outcome of the very direct rite, the judicial authority validated the arrest and ordered against the 22 -year -old the obligation to present the judicial police. At the same time, it has also been referred to the violation of immigration legislation.
