The Carabinieri of Milazzo arrested a young man, already known to the police, responsible for attempted robbery in a resale of Torgrotta tobacco.
According to the reconstruction provided by the military of the weapon, the young, partially misrepresented, armed with a knife, introduced himself inside the commercial year and, in the presence of some patrons, turning to the owner and the tobacconist’s order, he ordered him the delivery of the daily chassis. At the refusal of the sales staff, the robber had from his criminal action by running away aboard a bicycle.
To warn the carabinieri was a report received by the unique emergency number “112”, which allowed the Operations Center to activate the immediate research and, in a very short time, to identify the alleged manager of the attempted robbery.
The investigations of the carabinieri, corroborated by the vision of the videos of the video surveillance systems in the area and by the declarations made by the victims and some witnesses, have made it possible to document the dynamics of the facts that then led to the arrest of the subject.
