There are interventions that concern the transformation, packaging and marketing of agricultural products, but also the adaptation of plants to the most advanced product traceability and labeling systems, as well as interventions that look at environmental sustainability with the reuse of by-products and processing waste from a circular economy perspective among those admitted to financing by the SRD13 call – “Investments for the transformation and marketing of agricultural products” – Action 1, foreseen by the Calabria Rural Development Complement (CSR) 2023-2027, as part of the CAP Strategic Plan (PSP) 2023-2027.
Resources allocated and objectives
Following the investigation, applications were admitted for a total amount of approximately 14 million euros, resources that will allow supporting investments aimed at modernizing processing and marketing plants, innovating production processes and increasing the added value of Calabrian agricultural production.
