The first part of the restyling works on Viale San Martino ends up in the sights of the city councilors of Brothers of Italy. The representatives of the group, Dario Carbone, Libero Gioveni and Pasquale Curró, asked for a Urgent inspection of the I Commission Commission in the stretch of pedestrian island recently inaugurated, to verify the quality of the processes together with the technicians, the contractor and the RUP.

«We have been sent photographs – and we were able to see in person – from which it emerges that some interventions may not have been performed in a workmanlike manner. It is paradoxical if we consider the overall amount of the work and the relevance it covers for the city, “said the directors.

Fdi also remembers having already warned ATM and municipal administration on the need to choose adequate materials to endure the passage of rubberized means, an invitation that – they argue – would not have been listened to.

The three exponents hope that the request for an inspection will be accepted as soon as possible, underlining that the construction site is still open in the neighboring areas: “If critical issues or executive defects were recognized, there would still be time to remedy it”.
