On the evening of 14 July, the carabinieri of the San Gregorio d’Ippona station arrested a 31 -year -old of the place in the act of crime, already known to the police and subjected to the prevention of special public security surveillance with an obligation to stay in the municipality of residence.
The man was surprised at the helm of his truck in via G. Levato di Vibo Valentia, in violation of the obligation to stay at the domicile at night, with a return scheduled by 10:30 pm.
The judicial authority has been informed, the submission to house arrest was arranged pending the validation hearing.
The activity is part of the controls aimed at compliance with the personal prevention measures arranged by the judicial authority.
