Physical, moral and psychological violence, repeated harassment and prevarications on daughters and wife. For this reason, a man from Crotone was arrested, investigated for family mistreatment and violence on his daughters.
The investigations conducted by the specialized section “Crimes against the person” in collaboration with the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office, immediately triggered the procedure provided for by the “Red Code”.
The investigative insights, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Crotone, led by the prosecutor Domenico Guarascio and by the Task Force of magistrates, made it possible to reconstruct a series of episodes of mistreatment by the man who, with repeated conduct, attacked and systematically hit his wife and daughters by forcing them to live in a context of family life and relationship marked by violence and prevarication.
The elements acquired also corroborated by the collaboration of offended people and strengthened by the evidence acquired during the investigation induced the judicial authority to request a precautionary measure, which was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Crotone, promptly carried out by the agents of the State Police who after the formalities of the rite led him to prison available to the judiciary.
