Due to a series of leaks recorded on the supply pipeline of theMacrocioli aqueduct under the jurisdiction of Soricaltoday (Wednesday 14) there will be no water in the Aprocello district. The maintenance teams are already working to repair the breakages and restore the water service in the short term. This is what the mayor has announced Vincenzo Grispino stressing that, should the problem persist, the tanker service will be activated, as per the regional decree, and will be guaranteed by Regional Civil Protection to whom the municipal administration thanks for its support and availability.
Throughout the municipal territory – adds the mayor – water continues to be lacking at certain times of the day, but the inconveniences seem to be reduced compared to the more serious emergency of the past few weeks.
The disinfestation operations will begin at 11.30 pm and will involve the entire municipal perimeter. It is recommended to close the windows, not to expose food and clothing outside the homes and not to linger in the areas where the service is carried out so as not to hinder the operations.
