The carabinieri arrested a 33 -year -old man of Borgiaaccused of mistreatment against the cohabiting partner. The last episode would take place in recent days, when the man would have attacked the woman for futile reasons in front of the minor children. Just one of them, frightened, called 112 asking for help. A patrol intervened on the spot that stopped the attacker.
Years of violence
From the checks of the investigators a picture of repeated physical and psychological violence would have emerged, which has been going on for about four years. The man a gun and some regularly detained ammunition were seized. The judge ordered the ban on approach, while the partner was accepted in a protected structure. The investigation is still in progress and for the man the presumption of innocence is worth up to the final sentence.
