A VIP in the middle of the Sila woods. Bruno Barbieri, as a hotel expert for the Sky format “4 Hotel”, stopped in Calabria.
During the filming, which took place between San Giovanni in Fiore and Camigliatello, Barbieri was able to appreciate not only the hospitality of the facilities but also the local gastronomic excellence. In a restaurant in Camigliatello, the chef let himself be tempted by Sila porcini mushrooms and an ova salad, expressing great admiration for the quality of Calabrian raw materials.
«Here in Calabria they know how to make pasta very well – he commented – and with products like this there is no need to overdo it. It’s still a little-known land, but the food is amazing.”
