The mayor Pietntonio Cristoforo and the deputy mayor Alessia Burdino they will appear before the monochrome judge of the Court of Catanzaro on 1 June 2027, in the pre-debutary hearing, to respond to the accusation of threat to public official against the former commander of the local police of Girifalco, Gabriella Miniero.
The summons was ordered by the public prosecutor Irene Crea, at the end of the investigations coordinated by the Catanzaro prosecutor. At the center of the story, which dates back to February 2023, there would be an alleged building abuse contested to the ownership of the father of the deputy mayor, reported in an anonymous exposure protocolized in the municipal offices.
