Fear this morning in Acqualadroni, along the Tyrrhenian coast of Messina, due to the bad weather that has put a sailboat in difficulty. The boat, conducted by a French diportist, due to a sudden worsening of the climatic conditions, was driven by the strength of the sea against the rocks close to the coast, reporting serious damage. The collision caused the opening of a flaw in the hull, making the situation even more critical.
After a few attempts and with the help of the laughter, the boat discussed the rocks, but due to the infiltrations of water it subsequently placed itself on the seabed not far away. The man, alone on board, managed to save himself thanks to the help of two other boaters, but reported several bruises. Rescue promptly and transferred to the hospital, his conditions are not serious.
The Coast Guard continues to carry out the necessary investigations in order to verify the causes of the accident and at the same time to avoid any pollution and verify the possibilities of the recovery of the unit.
