The ruling of the bankruptcy court on the future of the club’s sports branch, after the umpteenth extension imposed on the procedure, with the request against the “Peditto Group” of integration of the documentation. Not yet a rejection in the true sense of the term, but a postponement, that of last week, which confirmed the perplexities of the Monforte, Rando and Brecciaroli judges who follow those of the judicial commissioner Maria di Rienzo and the technical-accounting consultant Corrado Taormina. The economic and management guarantees presented so far are not considered sufficient. Formally the door remains open, but the feeling is that the possibilities of a positive outcome are reduced to a minimum.
