On the weekend of Ferragosto, the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Bianco intensified the checks in the area, with particular attention to road safety in the evening and night.
The main objective was the contrast to driving in a state of intoxication, a conduct that puts motorists and pedestrians at risk. The financial statements are a complaint on the loose, three licenses with withdrawn and penalties for about 3,500 euros.
In addition to the repressive activity, the military have dialogue with citizens and tourists, sensitizing them on the importance of compliance with the rules to guarantee safety and sociability.
