The Municipality of Vibo Valentia, as part of the initiatives related to technological innovation and with the aim of offering increasingly efficient and accessible services to citizenship, has activated a new service: digital notifications.
Through the app, I can be downloaded for free, citizens can now receive official communications directly on their device, replacing the traditional (and expensive) paper notifications sent by registered letter. Just give consent to reception through the Send platform to activate the service.
This innovation represents a concrete advantage both for the administration, since shipping costs are reduced, and for citizens, because the notification costs are canceled and earns in comfort and timeliness.
But that’s not all. Also through the Io app, the Municipality of Vibo Valentia – enabled to the Pagopa system – allows citizens to make payments and payments in a simple and safe way to the body: taxes, fees, secretarial fees, fines and other municipal services will be manageable in a few clicks, directly from their smartphone or PC.
These days the first digital notifications have started by the Municipality, in particular those relating to the violations of the Highway Code and more general administrative acts.
The Councilor for Technological Innovation, Luisa Santoro, expresses great satisfaction: “With this double activation/implementation – digital notifications and Pagopa System – Vibo Valentia is confirmed among the municipalities most attentive to digital transformation.
