Possible turning point in the management of the Technical-Sporty Area of Messina. After the blow and response via PEC, extensions and additions, in order to guarantee the fundamental operational continuity within the corporate debt path, the ACR Messina has decided to draw up a special new contract with Daadi Srls today.

On the one hand, the ACR was obliged to participate regularly in the Serie D championship, on the other hand, Daadi undertakes to cover and guarantee the related management costs. In this context, the company has appointed, free of charge, Giuseppe Peditto as the new general manager of the club. The local operator, with spent in the past in football not exactly “lucky” to be forgotten, has already put himself at work to close the agreements prepared in recent weeks relating to the team preparation. The hope, at this point, is that through a struggle against time it can be attended, in some way albeit without adequate physical preparation, to the commitment of the Italian Cup scheduled for next Sunday in Lamezia with Vigor (thus also avoiding a fine).

Given the latest commitments made by Doadi, the football season for the current ACR members should be at zero cost. This agreement, relating to the football season 2025/2026, is evidently part of a more complex contractual negotiation aimed at avoiding the court liquidation of the club. Therefore to guarantee the payment of corporate debts, as they will be drawing up on a restoration plan and by the subsequent (desired by the shareholders) judicial homologous expected in October.

The parties, in the person of their respective presidents, Stefano Alaimo for the ACR and Giuseppe Antonino Rapisarda for Doadi Srls, led the negotiations and came to the stipulation of the agreement assisted by the lawyers (lawyers Giuseppe Cicciari and Gianpiero Picciolo for ACR, Roberto Di Pietro and Daniele Arrigo for Doadi Srls).

Obviously the last word will however be up to the judicial commissioner Maria di Renzo for the non -binding opinion and to the court for the relative determinations, which can also be of mere “clearance”. In short, there are still formal steps after “updating” procedural between the parties.
