The director of a resort in the south-west of France was arrested after having prohibited entry to a group of 150 Israeli children aged between 8 and 16, despite having booked well in advance. The 52 -year -old director, whose name was not made public, said he refused to get them to his “personal principles”. He was arrested on charges of “refusal to provide services or to conduct business on the basis of religious discrimination”. The French authorities reported that the Israeli group was transferred to another resort.
