At Palazzo dei Bruzi they were almost sure of being able to start the work during the summer, at most in September. Instead, no goals have yet come from the region yet. In the background, a hydraulic risk mitigation project concerning the basins of the Crati rivers, Buscento and Campagnano, with respect to which the municipal body has provided for a loan that is around four million euros.
They were convinced of it, at Palazzo dei Bruzi, because the resolution approved in the council dates back to October 2024 and according to the mayor, Franz Caruso, and the commissioner for public works, Damiano Covelli, the technical times would have been all to prepare the construction site. In the past few weeks, meanwhile, rubble have detached themselves by some pylons of the Mancini bridge, ending, among other things, in one of the areas of the riverside, in via Oberdan, inserted precisely in the redevelopment of the citizens’ watercourses, where an old fountain is also very popular with Cosentini.
