Brawl in the square in Capo d’Orlando: an arrest and a ban on residence

The carabinieri of the company of Sant’Agata Militello are performing two precautionary measures against as many people involved in the fight last week in Capo d’Orlando. The measures, one under house arrest and another with a prohibition of residence, concerns the two adult subjects protagonists of the violent clash together with three other minors for which in recent days, we remember, had already been carried out a placement order in the community willing to be of the investigating judge of the court for the minors of Messina. The measures in progress were instead ordered by the investigating judge of the Court of Patti at the request of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office that coordinates the investigations.
