A 37 -year -old of foreign origins ended up in handcuffs who, despite being subjected to the precautionary measure of the ban on closer to wife and children, was surprised within the family home in a state of alcoholic alteration.
According to what was reconstructed, the man – who returned to Italy last August 22 – would show up at his wife’s house, with whom he maintained contacts linked to the issues of custody of the son. In the following days, however, forced coexistence would have generated new tensions, which resulted in the late evening of August 24 in a lit dispute, fueled by the abuse of alcohol by the 37 -year -old.
The woman, frightened by the situation, asked for the intervention of the carabinieri of the Pentone station, who reached the home and found the man in an evident state of psychophysical alteration. For him, the arrest in the act of violation of the precautionary measure already ordered by the Court of Catanzaro, which provided for the maintenance of a minimum distance of 500 meters from his wife and children, was triggered.
The 37 -year -old was retained in the security chambers pending the validation hearing. After the hearing, the judge ordered his liberation, however confirming the restoration of the precautionary measure of the ban on approach.
Investigations and controls will continue to monitor the situation and guarantee compliance with the provision to protect the woman and child.
