Solomed by the document of the union of medical managers who asked for an order to block the transfer of medicine from Milazzo to Barcelona, the mayor Pippo Midili decided to carry out an inspection of the “Fogliani” yesterday morning to personally realize the situation existing after the start of the renovation and redevelopment of the garrison.
The first citizen also asked for the presence of the general manager Giuseppe Cuccì. Under observation the departments that have been the subject of protests for a few days and therefore in addition to medicine – which practically after the transfer to Barcelona – has been freed from all the furnishings to allow, probably already next week, the start of the works, the obstetrics and then the emergency room.
