After the great success of the first edition, Filogaso (VV), from 2 September to 16 October 2025, the new edition of the free Green Social Impact Manager Higher Training Course, promoted by the Augurusa Foundation with the patronage of the Regional Council of Calabria, of the Province of Vibo Valentia and Ucid – Union of the Christian Entrepreneurs Managers, and in collaboration with APCO – Italian Association of Management Consultants, Ferpi, Federation of Italian public relations and Italian Climate Network.
A path designed to train young people ready to guide the ecological and social transition within companies, public administrations and third sector realities. This new edition marks a natural evolution of the project: even more vertical on the themes of sustainability, climate change, circular economy and social justice. The Green Social Impact Manager Corso forms a new professional figure, with environmental specialization, capable of integrating strategies of sustainability and social responsibility within organizations.
The course will take place entirely in the presence of Filogaso, with an intensive and residential formula of 280 hours of multidisciplinary training, including lectures, workshops, project work and moments of comparison. The teachers include global leader of finance, energy and innovation: Javiera Brañes (Irena – IACT), Max Falcone (Connect4climate – World Bank Group), Jacopo Bencini (Italian Climate Network), Yohannes Bimrew (Hulusolar), Antonio Piedmont (Wired) and Renato Loiero (Economic Councilor of the Prime Minister of ministers) together with other internationally caliber experts.
For this second edition, the positions open by the Augurusa Foundation, which will entirely cover the participation costs and will guarantee free accommodation for off -site students, are 27. A real opportunity for those who want to form without economic obstacles and live an immersive and concrete experience of social impact, which emphasizes the need to counter the economic and social marginalization of the communities and to reverse the demographic decline by investing in the repopulation of the territories and supporting territorial competitiveness and local development.
The program develops in 12 modules, which touch topics such as design for sustainable development, business sustainability, stakeholder engagement, artificial intelligence and social impact. At the end of the course, the most deserving participants will be able to carry out an internship period at the Foundation or at partner entities.
The free Green Social Impact Manager Higher Training Course was born as a social project rooted in the territory, with the aim of building an educating community and enhancing the internal areas, creating concrete opportunities for young people and new local development models: a project that promotes social cohesion and invests in the territories as active spaces of training, innovation, change and sustainable development.
