Unanimously, with 30 votes favorable on as many present, the resolution on the dedemaniaization aimed at the sale of the Via Cirino in Zafferia and the approval of the scheme of the notarial deed already passed, last Monday, was approved in the Commission.
That of the Via Cirino is a disused road stretch for decades which, however, becomes functional for the construction of the new Zafferia shopping center. The company CCR shopping centers Retail Srl will pay the Municipality of Messina the sum of 50,400 euros as established by the evaluation of the area of about 600 square meters. A road that becomes functional also because it is part of the bond of the authorization to build. Fundamental for internal roads and grafts with ring road and state road. (F.TR.)
