After the arrest in the act of two men accused of attempted murder last Sunday in Piazza Lo Sardo, the Messina Police Headquarters adopted two measures for the ban on access to urban areas, known as “Daspo Willy”.
The measure, signed by the Quaestor Annino Gargano following the preliminary activity of the Anti -Crime Division, is based on the gravity of the facts that occurred in an area frequented by young people and characterized by the presence of numerous public places, theater of violent aggression.
The criminal records of the two subjects and the precautionary measure of the custody in prison already applied by the judicial authority are also determined in the evaluation.
With the measures, the two arrested will not be able to access public exercises and entertainment premises throughout the province of Messina or stop near the same for the next two years.
