Moments of fear last night in Messina, where a fire broke out inside a pizzeria in via Consolare Pompea. The flames developed around midnight, but fortunately at that moment the place was empty and there were no injuries.
The firefighters immediately intervened on the spot, who tamed the stake avoiding that the flames spread and cause further damage. Also present were the agents of the police flyers, who secured the area and started the first findings.
According to the first checks, the fire was caused by a short circuit. At the moment the malicious hypothesis has been excluded.
