Termini Book Festival, an exciting balance

The sixth edition of the Termini Book Festival ended, the Termetana cultural event dedicated to Cosimo Cristina, a journalist killed by the mafia. Four Messinesi who took part: Francesco Musolino, who presented his “yellow Lipari” (and/o); Antonino Genovese, guest with his “the silence of the water” (Frilli); Alessandro Carrozza, honor mention to the Cosimo Cristina Prize (called by the Festival in collaboration with Yellow Mondadori) with his story “The waves of guilt”; Eliana Camaioni, already a guest of the Festival several times, and from this year among the organizers.
A three days of presentations, cultural debates, in the name of the written word but not only: “The Termini Book Festival more and more wants to be a place of exchange and encounter – said Giorgio Lupo, creator and artistic director -. Not only an authorial showcase, therefore, but open window on the world. We worked to create a program that not only famous the beauty of literature, but that also stimulates a critical reflection over our time. The collaboration with Yellow Mondadori for the Cosimo Cristina Prize is for us a reason for great pride and perfectly symbolizes our mission: making culture an instrument of awareness and change ».
