The Quaestor of Catanzaro has issued three ban on the ban on access to urban centers (Dacur), better known as “Daspo Willy”, against as many subjects responsible for episodes of violence and serious disorders near commercial businesses and public entertainment places.
The first recipient of the provision is a 27 year old resident in the capital, already known to the police for several criminal records, including drug dealing, theft and violence to public officials. The young man had been arrested after a theft at the “Le Aquile” shopping center, during which he had taken violent attitudes against the police, threatening the agents even once brought to the barracks.
A second Dacur concerned a 60 year old from Conflenti, surprised by the carabinieri to steal within a very popular business in Montepaone. The man, already with precedents for aggravated theft and damage, was referred to in a state of freedom.
Finally, a 47 -year -old resident in Serrastretta was reported for violence and threat to public official after verbally attacked the operators who intervened during the main course of the country, in an evident state of psychophysical alteration. He too was already known for crimes as an abusive port of weapons, driving in a state of intoxication and procured alarm.
For all three, the ban on access was taken, valid for three years, to public establishments and entertainment premises located in the areas affected by the crimes committed. The Police Headquarters stressed that compliance with the measure will be guaranteed thanks to video surveillance systems and constant control activities of the police.
