After just over two months of settlement of the new council, it starts again to make ends meet also as regards the remuneration, through presence tokens, to all members of the city council. A pretext, if you want, to bring down some first budgets on what could be defined – politically speaking – the “respect for the pact with the voters” but, more safely, respect for the democratic mechanisms as well as a confirmation on commitments and responsibilities of the first real representatives of the city. We are still at the beginning, it is true, given that the compensation for the monthly month of August – the first “complete” monthly month, has just been deliberated, even if with many days of summer “rest” – which amounts to practically 8 thousand euros, to which is added the IRAP of 680 euros, that is, the regional tax on production activities (which contributes to 8.5%).
