From the city to small towns, the health health care takes shape. In addition to the interventions within the San Giovanni di Dio hospital, the Provincial Health Authority of Crotone is opening new construction sites in the area for the construction of hospitals and community houses, structures financed with the resources of the PNRR – Mission 6 Health.
These structures represent the heart of the new territorial network: places dedicated to taking charge, prevention and widespread assistance, capable of strengthening the link between health and local communities.
Active construction sites

• The community hospital is under delivery in Mesoraca.
• The definition of the updated project is expected to Caccuri, which will start the construction site of the new community of the community.
• In Cirò Marina the construction site of the future house of the community is already operational: the first internal demolitions began in August.
• The construction site of the new community of the community was started in Crotone, with the first delimitation works of the area.
• In Isola di Capo Rizzuto, the construction site for the construction of the community of the community has already been set up.
• In Rocca di Neto, works for the new community of the community were started.
• The preliminary cleaning works and the first internal demolitions for the future house of the community were carried out.

“With the opening of these construction sites – declares the extraordinary commissioner of the Asp of Crotone, Monica Calamai – we mark a concrete change in the organization of provincial health. Next to the hospital, which remains an essential reference point, we want to build a capillary network, capable of entering the places of daily life, closer to citizens and attentive to the needs of local communities. It is a path that combines innovation, proximity and care, with the desire to return trust and services to the tangible services citizens of the province of Crotone. “
