The associative crime falls on appeal, after the eleven heavy convictions of the first degree, to the trial for a vast tour of drug dealing between Messina and Torregrotta, dismantled by the carabinieri and the district anti -mafia direction of Messina in the last April. So there are strong “discounts” of punishment.
The operation called “main” was the result of an investigation conducted by the military of the Compagnia di Milazzo from which the operation of a partnership emerged, dedicated to the sale, in Torregrotta, cocaine, crack, hashish and marijuana. The carabinieri discovered that the drug was sold to buyers in the area or from Milazzo and other municipalities of the Mamertino, from Messina and Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto.
