But how was it possible after so many years to appeal? In the case in question it emerged that only in 2021 – the date of medical advice – the man had awareness that his illness was due by the anti -polite vaccination practiced when he was a child. In fact, “a close etiological relationship with OPER OPER -type vaccination emerged in childhood at the public structures of the ASP in Cosenza (at the time of Paola’s Usl Vaccinations Office) as a post -vaccination pathological complication from a adverse effect”.
The exception of forfeiture raised by the Ministry was then rejected by the judge.
