As had been announced during the public assembly on Monday evening, yesterday the entrepreneur Alfredo Citrigno asked for the account of the accounting documents of the rossoblù club. The trial is restarted to baste the negotiation for the transfer of the company by Eugenio Guarascio. The speech had been widely mentioned in the “San Nicola” cinema. An important role will also be played by the mayor Franz Caruso, who will act as a guarantor of the negotiation, also dealing with the maintenance of the confidentiality pact. The Due Diligence should last about three weeks from the moment in which Guarascio will transmit the requested documents in private healthcare to the entrepreneur operating in private healthcare.
The goal of Citrigno, anticipated Monday, is to formulate an offer in a short time to reach the closure of the operation by mid -November. Because this happens, however, it is necessary that there is a lightning negotiation, very different from that attempted about a year ago and definitively set six months ago when Guarascio truncated the communication.
The honorary president of Cosenza, however, will continue to handle the times of the negotiation. Already on Monday he advanced the attempt to take time by citing other interests towards wolves. The patron, during the evening at the “San Nicola”, also brought up the name of Vincenzo Oliva, entrepreneur of Tarsia transplanted to the Modena area, with which the conversation for a passage of deliveries was dense above all at the end of June.
