The confinal of Crotone, together with the National Confial, will be this afternoon at 3 pm at the Ministry of Education and Merit, convened at the request of the National Confial.
To the attention of the Ministry we will bring the question of the ranking published on 11 July 2025 on the USR Calabria website, relating to the competition notice n. 3059/2024, which would have been attributed additional scores that are not compliant with the legislation.
“We will ask – reads a note – that a clarifying note to the USR Calabria is immediately sent to prevent the teachers from being forced to resort to the TAR at their own expense.
Recall that Annex B – Point B.4.1 of the Ministerial Decree 205/2023 clearly establishes that the additional score is exclusively due to those who have passed the competition for the specific place to which it belongs: the secondary secondary does not equate to the secondary secondary school.
