The ceremony of delivery of the “Mauriziana medal for ten military career luster” took place this morning in the representation room of the “A. Bonsignore” barracks. To preside over the event, the General of Army Corps Claudio Domizi, an interregional commander Carabinieri “Culqualber”, who awarded 18 soldiers, in service and on leave.
The honor, established in 1839 by King Carlo Alberto di Savoia and conferred by decree of the President of the Republic on the proposal of the Minister of Defense, represents a prestigious milestone, reserved for those who have gained 50 years of military career, between active service, command and peacekeeping missions.
General Domizi, in his speech, underlined the dedication and the high professional profile of the Inscaniti, thanking them for “the tireless service rendered over the years and for the attachment to the founding values of the weapon”. The ceremony was attended by family members, representatives of the National Carabinieri Association and of the National Association decorated with Mauritian gold medal “Green Ribbon”.
With the delivery of the medal, the insignitations become part of the National Association decorated with Mauritian gold medal, known as “Green Ribbon”.
