The aim is to close the appointments chapter before the Christmas break. After “stop and go”, the right time seems to have arrived to proceed with the launch of a new phase within the regional bureaucracy. The Organization and Human Resources Department of the Citadel has in fact announced a “Selection notice for the awarding of top-level management positions”: in practice these are the positions of general manager of the Departments of the Regional Council.
The notice, aimed at candidates internal and external to the regional administration, concerns these Departments: General Secretariat; Unitary programming; Enhancement of human capital and innovation of public work; Infrastructure; Territorial governance, soil defense and housing policies; Work, Businesses and Production Areas; Tourism, culture and territorial identity; Agriculture, Internal Areas and Territorial Connection Policies; Strategic assets, investment attraction and knowledge; Health; Social inclusion; Environmental sustainability; Civil protection.
To date, those who hold top positions in Cittadella but external to the public administration and awaiting possible confirmation are Marina Patrizia Petrolo in Human Resources, Maurizio Nicolai in Unitary Programming, Claudio Moroni in Infrastructure and Public Works, Domenico Costarella in Civil Protection, Raffaele Rio in Tourism and Paolo Praticò in Economic Development. For the internal staff, however, one could theoretically continue with the usual practice of the “regent” managers.
